Our story
We started in a coworking space in Las Colinas with one client and two laptops. Seven years later, we\'re still small — by design. Our team is eight people: four engineers, two designers, a project lead, and an operations manager. That headcount is the maximum we want to grow to. Beyond that, the studio starts to feel like a production line rather than a craft shop.
We take on roughly 18 projects a year. That number is also intentional. It\'s enough to keep us busy and learning, and few enough that every engagement gets senior attention from start to finish. You won\'t meet a salesperson, get handed off to a junior, and never hear from the people who pitched you again. The people you talk to in the first conversation are the people who do the work.
Our clients are usually founders of 5–50 person companies, marketing directors at mid-sized organizations, and product leaders inside larger ones. They come to us because they\'ve been burned by big agencies or stretched too thin by freelancers, and they want someone in between — a real team, but one small enough to actually care.
